Hi, is anyone here who sell in europe? But has own stock, not dropshipping and would like to talk? I have stores in 7 countries in europe, mostly COD as i have own stock (1-3 days delivery). Thing is in few 2 month sales decreased drastically (like 40-50% lower sales). Maybe someone is doing same thing and would like to connect and come with new ideas

Yeah Im running business from Sweden with an ecommerce based in UK. Really bad 2 months.
