Let's say you found a good niche with low competition.

How do you know if you can monetize this niche through an ebook?

Well there are ebooks floating around on how to construct a pool.

So I'd say.... Give it a shot either way.
Monetize in many ways. PPC + CPA + Ebook wouldn't be all bad.

The problem is, I have 100 good keywords that are low competition, but I'm not sure which one to monetize.
So I am trying to figure out which would be good ebooks.

If I'm trying to sell an Ebook, why would I drive traffic to a CPA offer instead?

Try to look at competition. Are there any other ebooks that are selling by affilites? Are there any google adwords ads? How do you think will people spend money for something in this market (from your point of view)?
