I wouldn't say that I have TOP advices, but I always like to stick with the high PR blogpost links (real blogs, with real readers), high quality and fresh content (I am mostly in charge to organize the content and writers, maybe that's why I think this is crucial), a bit of a WEB 2.0 links (but not too much really), an actual product or service you will share with your visitors free of charge (this servicee gotta be useful-something like the SEO for Firefox on SEO Book-this is just an example), proper on-page SEO (this should be No.1 priority of course-for example, we just moved one site for 4 MIL on Alexa in a matter of 15 days after we did their on-page SEO), etc etc...These are just my basics , maybe I am wrong, maybe not...

Totally publishing to article directories, big up the SERPs. Also guest posting on popular blogs. Also manual commenting on popular sites. Certainly promoting your site in every possible social and web 2.0 site, especially facebook, twitter, tumblr, linkedin, squidoo, digg, and reddit.

LOL, I'm just yankin ya dude, whitehat SEO is a complete waste of time.

You might want to ruffle some feathers from the outset in the ebook, by stating there IS no such thing as "white hat SEO." There is white hat internet marketing, as in on page design and linking that conforms with Google's policy for webmasters. This is design and linking that does not seek to optimize, but to promote the site in ways G deems as 'natural,' or that has earned its authority. All other tactics that seek to optimize the ranking position of sites are frowned upon by Google.

That has even been made more emphatic by the recent updates, where G has made it clear that naturally organized content, natural diversity, and earned authority is IN, while onpage over-optimization and off-page linking schemes or blasts are OUT. This means all, repeat, all SEO = webspam, whether it's 'white' or 'black,' manual or automated. This ends the WH vs. BH SEO battle from the point of view of the WH folks waxing a phony moral superiority over the latter group. The OP would be helping to spread the truth if this was the first point emphasized in the ebook.

That't not white hat bud. You should stick to the basic definition if you're promoting the tactics as being WH.

No need to be so rude just because you don't know what content to put into your own ebook and are expecting a free handout.

Besides that, your definition of White-hat SEO is dodgy at best.
