i read alot about people selling usa stealth accounts but can anybody help me please what it is used for
and how would i do the same

They want to make more money. That could be creating multiple sales accounts, or creating multiple accounts for the purpose of selling.
Some ways they use it are to use antidetect browser (hidemyacc, multilogin) to create multiple browser profiles, then attach a proxy to each browser to change the IP address. Of course, a large amount of information will be needed to register

You can use it like any normal ebay acccount to sell your stuff. But for USA ebay you purcahse you will need a bank to wiithdraw funds, for asian ebay they comes with payoneer as far as I know, Payoneer iis payment gateway like PayPal with difference you can send funds from payoneer to any country bank.
Normally stealth ebay are used when you have products for sell with differrent categories, or your main ebay gets suspended.

Hey so i haven't used blackhatworld in many many years. Are you saying creating a Chinese account is the best bet as far as making stealth go?

Chinese are the worst one in my experience. However countries like Pakistan, UAE, India bangladesh are good.

Gotcha and how would it work buying an account from there but shipping in the USA? Would it get suspended or is there a way around the issue

So do you just use account from these countries and just put the setting for the shipping location as being in the usa?
