I sold my first product on ebay!! My question is my product doesn't need to be shipped so do I have to do anything with ebays shipping form to get paid, paypal says i'll be getting paid by the end of the month.

If it doesn't need shipping then simply list the item with "Free Shipping" as everybody else.
Also the paypal thing won't last too long, after you've made multiple successful transactions, paypal will remove the 1 month "payment clearance" limit and the funds will be available immediately.

How do I mark the item as shipped?
PayPal is just limited the money you can access right now because it was your first sell and normally they will provide the money
much faster once you have been selling for awhile. The reason they are asking for a tracking number is that they can and normally
will release your money faster if you have proof of shipping. But since your product is intangible you will need to just wait.
