eBay Selling

So I am selling on eBay and I want to sell multiples of the same item. How can I do this without customers complaining that "I already sold this". Thanks. Sorry for the noobish question.

eBay doesn't allow this. Also, why would your customers care if you already sold an item? For scarcity reasons?

So eBay does not allow me to sell multiples of the same item? And because the believe I am trying to scam them since I listed it before.

You can sell the same item again if you do a buy it now. Once you have sold a few things, you will be eligible to do that.

Say you sell a mens athletic supporter, you can't like 30 of the same exact thing because it is considered search manipulation. This is why a lot of asian sellers have got the boot.
