Ebay Seller Limits

Okay,so this is a little personal few questions of mine.

I bought my stealth account from my friend Tim (BuyVCC),it was later lowered from 100/500 about 20 sales later 75/3000.
I have had -1 neg feedback (Refunded the payment), 1 neutral feedback (Slow delivery) and 1 open case (The seller claimed they never received it even though tracking said so,ebay sided with them) and two MC999's (one when i opened it,one later when i was getting alot of sales)

The PayPal is fully verified,it has my debit card + bank account + my address linked,has the STEALTH name attached (not my real name),and the old stealth address still attached.

As well i am selling ipods,xboxs (bought IRL from friends) and coffee brewers.

What would they ask? Is it safe?

May be they asked you proof of Delivery

Tread slowly for a while and try to keep your customers happy as clown's. Your account is flagged now and eventually they will ask for all sorts of paperwork like ID, proof of ownership etc etc. Prep all the doc's in advance since they will give you only an X amount of time to submit when time comes and come it will.

They reduced your selling limits because they do not trust you as a seller with little selling history but high
negative feedback rate. This is not as much of a problem with the account as it is your business model. Find a way
to speed up shipping and always ship using tracking.
