Having a sales letter for an ebay listing is a must. Tactics I have use are
going to price comparison engines and taking screen shots of the product, with their inflated prices, to show my future customer how much better it is to buy from me. I have put different colored borders around my images using photoshop to attract more eyes to my listing.
