    hello,
I bought something from this guy on ebay. After I paid, I asked him a simple question: The shipping is so high, can you ship by ups ground instead of 2nd day air, and charge me less?
He got all pissed off and refunded me and said "I dont have time for this" and he relisted for a higher price, so I guess he was using that as a excuse to sell for higher.
now i am pissed. I want to destroy this guys reputation on ebay. Any safe way to do this without getting my account suspended?

Just report him as a non-performing seller. While there is nothing you can do to force him to go through with the sale him refunding your money and relisting at higher price is against the rules. If he was that quick to do it he might already have been reported by others and if he gets a bunch of them they will close his account.

You can also neg him just be careful not to get too crazy with the comments or your neg might get pulled. Other than that not much you can do.

As a seller, it does pee me off when buyers start quibbling after the end of the auction.

I had one woman leave me negative feedback because I had sent the package recorded (signed for) delivery, and she had to drive to the local sorting office to collect it!!

Firstly, it is sent signed for to cover myself and meet PayPal dispute requirements and secondly, I had specified the form of postal service in the auction listing.

Suddenly, it's my bleeding fault for where her sorting office is situated!!

Sorry OP, but I think you should let this pass as you were the one shifting the goal posts.

PS..this thread would be better located in the eBay and not blackhat section.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you buy from him?? Usually ebay sellers will do anything to hold onto a sell!

Bartman, ignore all the replies, they sound like d-cks just like that seller, talking to you with attitude treating like a kn-b, dont have, leave him neg for being a total c-ck, I would never in anyway disrespect my clients in that manner just because they asked a simple question. If he was such a good seller he would of replied yes or no, its simple, the guy is a tw-t, he wanted more money, now leave him a neg.
