Just want to get some ideas on if BHW members think this is alright and do I have a right to be pissed. And, what should I do?

I just won a fully operational traffic exchange site with 50+ members and domain for $15 on Ebay.

I paid the $15 for the auction, and now the buyer is telling me there is a $50 fee for him to set up the site on my web hosting and transfer the domain to my GoDaddy account!

I know how to do this myself and I don't need his help, and I told him that all he has to do is put all the site files into a zip file and let me download it, and I can set the site up myself.

He got all pissed and said that the set up is part of the deal and he'll just cancel the deal and give me my money back otherwise.

Personally, I feel as if he's just pissed because he didn't get what he wanted for his site.

I know I got a great deal in winning the auction for $15, but that doesn't mean it's right for the guy to tack on extra fees because he did not get what he wanted.

That's the beauty of eBay is that sometimes you get a great deal. It's not my fault nobody outbid me, is it?

What should I do here? Would you be mad if this was done to you?
