Ebay and Paypal have now permanently closed my accounts done because I listed some items I had lying around the house that I bought from a manufacturer directly with no logo or packaging at a low price.

These are low ticket items - around £10 and I thought I could get rid of them on ebay.

Turns out most of the buyers aren't so happy as they buy this item for the packaging and not for the functionality - it is clearly stated in the description that there is no logo or packaging.

Regardless, for such a small ticket item. I couldn't care less and offered a full refund.

I sold about 4 of these items before some tool left negative feedback and must have reported me.

    Now my accounts are closed.

I wasn't really trying to make money here, just get rid of shit I had lying around the house that I didn't need.

I still have the original invoice from the manufacturer of the item and they are more than happy to vouch they are the real deal.

Ebay have been fucking shit with the support and paypal have now fucked up my account which I had many important business payments going through.

I am pretty pissed at their level of service and really would like to avoid using both of them ever again. However that's not an option and ideally I need to get accounts back up and running.

    Any ideas?

Yeah, I'm going to do that.

I just got a generic email from ebay saying we know you're unhappy but we don't take actions lightly.

Wtf, I sold like £50 worth of those items. And I have the original proof of purchase and am happy to refund the buyers if they are not happy.

    pretty shitty!
