Ebay Account 3 Days Of Restriction

Hello forum,

I am listing 10 units. I sell them and end the listing.

Then I make a new listing with same title, photos and description and I put 10 units, I sell them and end the listing.

And so on, I did this 6 times and liquidated all my stock.

Today receive the email and says my account is restrictions for 3 days.

After careful consideration, your listing has been removed because it didn?t comply with our policies. We received a report concerning the authenticity of your item.These reports can come from a number of channels, for example law enforcement.This removal was for your safety and the safety of the eBay community, so please do not relist your item.Relisting your item may result in the restriction of your account.

I have 3 different listings and the email says:

a temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period; These other listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction.
But the listings continue to sell normally.

The listings eBay removed were the first two I made two weeks ago.

Can eBay remove end listings?
It is not assumed that the listings that can be removed are those that are live or ready to sell the products.

Yes ebay can remove any listing that they believe it violates their policy

EBay can do what they want. No questions asked.

but the question is, are your items actually authentic?
I have the same issue, I was hit with a 3-day restriction. Although it is an authentic item and I have proof of purchase. Does anyone know what to do in this case?
