Sites such as Audible, affiliated montly movie sites, etc... all have a catch, free for 30 days then you pay but you must put down a credit card. Well, it seems that as long as your credit card (in this case - you would always use a prepaid gift card, one you got for a birthday or holiday thats been laying around and has next to nothing on it). With a prepaid giftcard you can get access to these sites and their benefits as long as that prepaid gift card has at least 1 cent remaining in its balance. Audible is at risk, roku, certain amazon affiliates. If you find others, please pass along the info.

it would be unwise to use a personal card.

I get them from all my relatives, Its a visa prepaid gift card. they start at 10$. I buy what i want but save just enough. I end up with like 5 or 6 a holiday. get them at your local walmart costco or big retailer

edit: ANY prepaid giftcard that is a credit card - mastercard, visa, etc...
