    Do offers like this...

    HTML:
    http://www.getafreelancer.com/projects/by-tag/signups.html
    ...ever work?

I have always thought this was just too easy, I mean, pay someone for xx amount of leads and they just deliver. has anyone ever don anything like this, and has it worked? I would like to try it for a web hosting offer, or maybe an email submit. Anyone have any thoughts?

You never know. You might get your leads and pay the money but comes your pay day you will get an email from your affiliate company telling your that your leads are fraudulent and never actually converted. I'm sure all those people who offer their services are aware of CPA marketing and various affiliate companies. So why don't they do it themselves?

I agree! I have also thought about this as well, but unless you have people willing to do signups for you until you actually receive the check in hand, you'll never really know if your going to get paid for those signups/purchases or if they get scrubbed.

Also, you never know who you're dealing with when outsourcing something like this. You might wind up hiring a mole for a CPA network, and once your links become known, you'd be banned immediately.

need to be careful of people doing it with dodgy CCV and then the network banning your traffic. hardly worth the effort

Although its a fairly easier method, but most freelancers
dont know the intricacies of the cpa offers. How they
convert, etc. You will get 100 stupid bids and end up
with useless idiots who would not increase your bottom line.

One the other hand, there are people who can provide you
real sign ups, but they would charge high becoz they get you exclusives.
All that matters is where they are purchasing their leads from.

That should be a trustworthy source.

In the end its Lead Arbirtrage. If you have good luck by
your side, its can be damn profitable.

Again, use your intuition before hiring.

    all the best.
