Hi,

To be sure that no one has access to my home network I would like to know if somone knows of some software that can be installed and that will MONITOR ALL NETWORK traffic to and from my Internet router.

For some years I saw a program that showed each workstation, router etc on the network and what traffic is going through it, but I can't remmeber it's name any longer nor find it on Google.

I need something easy to install and use, not something very techy.. do you know of such please?

thank you very much will have a look at all of the ;)

For WLAN you can manually add MAC addresses to your router and allow only them to connect to WLAN such as your phones and laptops. As for the programs, I used Wireshark while I was in college, it was a good tool as far as I can remember and it wasn't that hard to use.

Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4865
I just installed and looked into the above it spits out a lot of data, but it's difficult to see what exactly it shows.. so far I was only able to identity my MacBook, 2 workstations but no mobile phones or ipdas or servers was shown.

I need something that can draw up in "pictures" what devices are connected and what data they are sending. So that it is possible to see if somoene is sucking on my Internet or spy on the network.
