Do you have adobe spark video? It's free.

    1. Go find a business/niche/location
    (Example: Chiropractors in Orlando)

    2. Find yelp reviews of a business
    (Dr. Jacobs Chiropractic of Orlando)

    3. Screenshot 5 positive reviews

    4. Use screenshots in adobe spark

    5. Create video (will take less than 5min)

    6. Use a twilio redirect number as cta on video

    7. Upload to YouTube

    8. Make title like this:
    business/owner/niche/city reviews
("Johnson chiropractic reviews of Orlando chiropractors")

    9. Put that redirect number in Vid description

    10. This video will rank pretty quick for the keywords! Now reach out to prospect to setup phone redirect and open the door to get paid!

I've been using this method to land deals with ease. Good luck!

That is a neat process. With regard to the ranking, what is your backlink strategy?

None. It will rank. There's probably little to no competition for "Johnson chiropractic reviews" or "Orlando Chiropractor reviews"

Take 10 minutes to do this. It works. I've taught quite a few people to do this and it is very easy. You just gotta try it and see yourself.

Yeah for very low competition KWs it can work without any backlinks, of course it depends on the SERP, in some cases Google doesn't include videos in certain SERPs. BTW SERPwoo is very useful tool for identifying the most suitable parasite for a certain SERP.

Anyway, I am more interested in how you sell the leads. How you negotiate the deal? Do you give them some free test leads in the beginning or you shoot straight etc.

I don't sell leads. I follow a rank and rent model. Typically will already have a site up with at least 50 page 1 keyword spots with kws that cost over $10 (on average) per click with PPC/adwords.

I use the video to get my foot in. Then show them the turn key serps. Then tell them that they can own them for $5,000-10,000 per year (depending on niche/city). And if they don't, it's implied that their competition will.

Sorry if that's over simplistic, but I like simple. Simple has worked for me for the past several years!

But if you're into the pay per lead/call model, make your own twist. After all, this is just a foot in the door. Some of the people I've helped with this, use this approach to simply upsell a video rep management package for $1k.

    You have plenty of options.

Do you cold call, cold email, or cold walk the business? How many pages do you design the site to be? What kind of backlinks do you build besides the video? Cool method!

I normally email with their video. When they say they want to talk, I get on the phone.

I build a 5 page site with a silo/satellite site (no more than 2 levels deep) and about 10-pages of additional parasites (as an added layer) and don't use any other back links. I use lots of structured data on the money site and focus on ultra high quality content. I do use some tools that make it easy to win but it's pretty straight forward.

I have never heard of a silo/satellite layout, silo yes, not the satellite part, I will have to research that. I assume the pages are Home, About, Contact, Policy Page, and _____?
Do you build the home page to be the landing page silo structure? Or do you reserve the landing page for the fifth page alluded to with a question mark above?
Do you choose the niche by search volume, client value,or both?
Appreciate you taking the time to answer our (mostly mine) questions.

I actually don't build the standard pages. The main site, I dedicate main page to my biggest keyword, and the other 4 pages to my other best 4 keywords.

Since site themes/builder I use already have contact forms and about snippets, it's redundant to waste time on contact and about pages.

The satellites and parasites allow me to take multiple spots on page one for the same keywords. In fact, most of the time - my goal is to take at least half the top of page one.

    Hope that helps!

Thanks for the answer. I am aware of the local lead gen models, I asked only because I was just curios about you preferred method.

So you mean you rank a video for a businesses reviews and then sell a link to the actual business on it? And the thought is that if they don't pay you for the link that another business will?

No. You rank them for their biz name and review and use it as a foot in the door. You give that to them. You sell them on one of your local services. That can be a number of things...

As for this strategy... It won't take more than a few minutes but will give you a good reason to talk to them. And getting a conversation is 90% of the game in getting paid!

I did this and the video showed up on the 3rd page. I guess it's going to take some backlinking to get it to the top.

I can use to try to sell local seo, I guess

I can't imagine it's that easy to outrank Yelp, FB and other authority sites that have 'reviews' on the page.

Look, I still don't get what is going on. You rank a video for a businesses name and then sell them the chance to put their website and phone number on the video? Wouldn't people already know it because they wanted to find out more about the business?
