SEO Noob here. But I got a three word keyword that has very low competition. Less than 5,000 results in Google, 4 pages of results, 7 sites with the keyword in its URL, 31 in the title, 1 with both.

Got a Wordpress site and wrote a 400 word article with 3.4% keyword density and a score of 85 using the SEOPressor plugin.

Why rank such an easy keyword you may ask? Mainly practice. But right now I want to know if I should just buy a package to do all the back link submission for me, or if I should do it myself. I was going to buy a package that was only $49 the other day, but that link got deleted. That's all about I'm willing to spend. So what should I do?

If it's mainly for practice... What will you learn about SEO by purchasing a package?
Manually do it all the way :)

Since it is for practising, keep the money n do it yourself. Start small and scale it up using the profit made. You will be trilled by the first sale you made. Good luck.

You're right. But if it's gonna take me at least two weeks I'd rather just get it ranked right away. Is a keyword with that level of competition something that can be ranked manually within a week?

Any good list of some good sites to submit it to? Should I submit it manually to Google or just submit it to hundreds of sites and wait for it to get indexed?

Definitly possible, it depends on the types of links you put in there and the strenght of your first page's competition

If you don't want to spend more than $50, you're not going to be able to do it effectively yourself. You should look at link building.

If you're simply wanting to spam the shit out of stuff for a short term site, there should be plenty of options available to do so for under $50.
