That's the easiest thing to do. If you have any photo editing program, even MS Paint, all you need to do is open the software, then right click on the image in the doc, copy and paste into the photo editing program. Click on "save as" then save it as a .jpg. Very simple.

    Whole document to a Pic?

Adjust the size and take a printscreen and use it!

That may be the only option!

No that is not the only option.

If you are using firefox then there is a addon that capture entire page.

Here is the link of that addon

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1146/

After installing that addon on your browser, open the page you want to copy.

    2. At the bottom of your page there is an icon of screengrab, click on it and you will get two option save and copy. click on copy and again you get some options, select the complete page option.

    3. Now open paint or any graphic edit program and paste this. Save as jpg or whatever.

I think I have saved your $3. Give chocolate to a child.

You can also do this is using just MS Word and MS Paint.
    Open the document in Word.
    Go to Print Preview.
Click on Edit>Select All (or hit Ctrl-A)
Click on Edit>Copy (or hit Ctrl-C)
Open a blank file in MS Paint (or your preferred graphics editor)
Click on Edit>Paste (or hit Ctrl-V)
Click Save As and choose jpeg file type.
This way is better than just doing a screenshot because you can get the full page without loosing any resolution.

Or you can export as pdf, which is much better format to view images with text in.
