Easier Way To Track Sales?

Does anyone have an automated method of tracking where your sales are coming from?

Right now I will manually look at the time and location of the sale and then match it up in my analytics (I use Statcounter).

Anyone have a script, program, or tactic to keep track of these sales automatically?
