$49/month per funnel or $49/month per white label license with unlimited funnels?
Demo's sent to your inboxes. Let me know if you have any questions
I sent you a demo as a PM. The food and hospitality industries are some of the best to implement this type of system, so it's great that you already have clients in those industries. I'd also like to go over our dashboard with you since I feel it would be helpful for you to track the ratings of your existing and potential clients on sites like Google and Yelp. Just message me back or talk to us on skype at [email protected]
Great advice for newcomers to ORM. It all comes down to how much value you show clients - we charge our own anywhere from $79/m to $599/m per location! A method we use is to offer a relatively low price to start, but have several add-on's that we know customers want. Thank you for looking at our product and your kind words . I always love talking shop with fellow BHWers so I sent you a PM. We have a couple of new products cooking and I would love to hear your thoughts.
It is $49/month per custom funnel. We also have an option for BrandLoyal branded funnels which are $39/m.
Can you send a sample
Demo/Sample funnel please

1) why does your site say $89/mo not the $49/mo you state here? Is $89 the "retail" rate end users pay if they sign up on your site?
2) The implementation here is for users of a service to actually self-survey from the website client's site (via custom URL), right? And then if the review is positive you auto-post to the review sites, if negative it goes to management? If this is accurate, your funnel does not and cannot actual affect reviews that a customer has where they just go to google reviews or yelp directly on their own and leave a review, or mention the website client on social media somewhere else. Is this accurate?
I just sent a demo via PM, let me know if you have any questions
1) Yes, $89 is for our retail price for base funnels normally sold to mom and pop stores and doesn't include the dashboard for data collection. With our BHW $49 price, we give you a custom funnel + the dashboard for free. You can even make client accounts from within the dashboard so your client can log in to see their own stats (great upsell).
2) Yes, you got it right. No system is able to prevent direct posts to rating sites and social media; for that you would need to respond quickly and with a level head, trying to remedy the situation as much as possible. But that's not what we do, we focus on making customer data capture super easy, and automating where the data goes (ie. rating sites).
Can I have a demo please,
Google doesn't permit funneling the reviews and selectively solicit positive reviews.. what have you done for this?

Great question, we're always up-to-date with Google's policy changes and trust me, they change often. They only have one line in their policy dealing with this: "Don't discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers". This could be interpreted in a variety of ways, which is exactly how Google wants it to be. These loose policies discourage some while also letting Google change their definitions whenever and however they want.
How we deal with this is that we ask everybody for their opinion in the form of a survey. We just want to know how they feel about their experience and how we can improve. No one is being penalized or discouraged from leaving a bad review, in fact, they can leave a bad review whenever they want - we have no control over that. Again we just want their opinion about their experience and if we ask them to share with others what they shared with us, that's not against Google's policies at all.
The hard truth is that Google just doesn't police reviews as much as we would like. Are reviews from real customers? Are the reviews helpful or are they blank? How helpful is the report button really? Reviews on Google are like the wild wild west because it's almost like people can do whatever they want. That's why there's such a lucrative industry for it in ORM. We're trying to help business owners take control of their online presence by activating the silent majority of customers who would otherwise never leave a review. I hope this answers your question.
also any chance to get the funnel site in another language? I can provide the translations.
Is this service only available in english, or would it be possible to customize to different languages as well?

Absolutely, as long as you provide translations the process works the same world-wide. We have it set up globally with Spanish, Portuguese, German and Hindi speaking funnels, for example.
Sounds interesting. Will look into this some more! Thanks
