You are absolutely right at the point yesterday some cards have not been working properly, due to the 1140 bank error. This issue is related to the bank. As we have checked, you have only 1 card that's been affected. Your other cards work proreply.

For everyone who faced the same problem we strongly reccomended to halt their operation until further bank getting to work. You also may notice there is no fee to be paid if decline is based on bank's side and it doesn't affect your decline rate.

Yeah the card worked for a grand total of 2 transactions and now the issue is back, my ads have been paused yet again thanks to your garbage inconsistent service. "As we have checked, you have only 1 card that's been affected" I literally asked your support yesterday which bins are working so I can switch cards, I was told to "kindly wait". How long is this 1140 error going to take to get fixed now? Doesn't even matter because this shit always comes back randomly, happened to me 3+ times already across multiple different bins, this is an extremely inconsistent service, it's literally impossible to scale ad spend with these shitty cards because they die randomly, I'm just trying to spend the last of my money I have stuck in this shit service so I can stop using it. What a joke.

For the past two weeks, none of their cards have worked properly. Transactions keep getting declined, which has led to blocked campaigns, ad accounts, and huge losses. Honestly, it feels like they might be having cash flow problems—I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down soon.

I’ve been a “client” of EPN for over a year now, and they have never taken responsibility for their mistakes. The only responses you’ll get are things like “Kindly wait,” “That’s our policy,” “We don’t know,” or “We can’t provide a timeframe for resolution.”

Just look at how they respond to others in this thread—it really shows how incompetent they are. They reply just for the sake of replying, not to actually fix anything.

They don’t care if you lose money because of their errors or their inability to provide reliable service.

Some users may not run into issues, but if anything goes wrong, good luck finding a real solution.

Here are just a few of the “benefits” of using EPN:

  • Your ad campaigns will get suspended due to "payment issues," even if the card has enough balance.
  • They'll tell you to issue a new card every time, and you'll have to pay commissions all over again.
  • Sometimes, they’ll make you wait over a week, with your money stuck with them. If you’re not using another service, you’re pretty much screwed.
  • Talking to their support feels like chatting with a bot—they just don’t care.
Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them. All you’ll end up with is frustration and lost money.

There are plenty of other options out there—don’t keep losing money because of their mistakes.

Hello! It is true recently our service has been facing issues with banks. We actively negotiate with them regarding the situation.
EPN strives to provide best experience possible, being our client for over a year only proves that.

The card still cannot be used even though it has been more than a day and a half. All transactions are failing. What issue is EPN facing? How long until the card can be used for payments?

You’ve informed us that this is a bank error, and it has been nearly two days without the ability to make payments. Sorry for the incovenience caused. We do not know the exact date. Right after the banks inform us, we will tell you.
 
If that's the case, isn't it akin to fraud? And if the bank makes us wait a whole month for the deposited funds, are customers who deposit tens of thousands of dollars expected to wait as well? Your business practices are quite something
