Has anyone received a refund to the card used on a suspended account after using Google Ads?
I have not yet received a single refund in over 3 months.
EPN Customer Center has been giving the same answer for 3 months.

You said there were two refunds being processed by the bank after more than two months.
But it was a lie
More than 5 refunds to my account have never been processed properly.
It's been 4 months, right?
The screenshot is from a conversation held on July 10th.

I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND AFTER 7 DAYS THESE IDIOTS TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO, I NEED TO BUY A NEW CARD AND TOP IT UP AGAIN AND PAY COMMISSION AGAIN, WHAT A JOKE, YOUR SHIT SERVICE DOESN'T WORK AND YOU DON'T EVEN REFUND THE COMMISSION YOU CHARGED FOR A CARD THAT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE? ABSOLUTE ROBBERY.

AND GUESS WHAT? AFTER PAYING FOR A NEW CARD, TODAY IT ALSO STOPPED WORKING, MY AD ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED BECAUSE FACEBOOK CANNOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT, THE SUPPORT KEEPS SAYING SAME BULLSHIT AS LAST TIME TELLING ME TO WAIT. I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW CARD AND THEN PAY COMMISSION ON TOP UP ONCE AGAIN IF I WANT TO RESUME MY ADS AND HOPE THE SAME THING DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. Hello! Sorry for the issues you had to deal with.
You are absolutely right at the point yesterday some cards have not been working properly, due to the 1140 bank error. This issue is related to the bank. As we have checked, you have only 1 card that's been affected. Your other cards work proreply.

For everyone who faced the same problem we strongly reccomended to halt their operation until further bank getting to work. You also may notice there is no fee to be paid if decline is based on bank's side and it doesn't affect your decline rate.
