I used this service, a card with 3ds, the 3ds service doesn't work properly where I wanted to pay, I sent the EPN service a clear video that the 3ds code is being sent. The support is unreasonable. The support says other cards work better. But I pay the costs, 10% when I withdraw money from the card, new card $4, new card load 5%, that's a financial disaster for every user. And if I want to withdraw all my money, another 10% is added on top, which means for $1k, a $200 fee, that's crazy. Think carefully about whether you use such a service

Hello! Thanks for you feedback and so sorry to hear it for you. Unfortunately we agreeing with our payment system for processing user's payments and these fees are not unreturnable. But again thank you for feedback!
