    Hello,

today I saw an E-Mail from the lawyer of the brand of one of my niches. He says that the brand of the niche is copyright protected and it's prohibited to sell gift codes (only an example, not my niche) of this brand.

I have to add, I don't sell anything, I give them away for free. Does this really breaks any laws?

I don't claim to be the brand itself, I only use their name as reference and emphasis for the value of the thing.

I also have to add, I'm not from the country where the brand operates.

What do you think about that?

    Regards

If they are trademark protected, then you can't even give it away for free.Means no trade is possible.Copyright differs from Trademark.
