E-mail extractor for text files?

Can anyone upload or recommend an e-mail extractor that can handle very large text files?

Yes, this is a good site for small files. However, I have a text file that is 100+ MB and when I try to copy and paste this into my internet browser, it crashes.

That is why I was wondering if anyone know of software that could handle text files this large.
