Brother, will the legit email software allow me to do cold-emailing? LIke MailChimp or Send Blaster, won`t they ban me? Have never done any e-mail marketing whatsoever..Guide me Bro..Thanks

You don't use Mailchimp for cold outreach. I don't know what Send Blaster is.
There are plenty of tools available, take a look at:

- Instantly
- Reply
- Woodpecker
- Lemlist
etc.
