I have AMZScout, prior used eBay Research to view solds, though I sold me eBay for some quick cash despite a monthly. Now im banned from eBay from some result of this. Oh well, the platforms have traffic and you can milk that tit though they can ban you easy too, Im told Im banned for life by a phone rep now? Whatever! They took a lot in fees anyways. Still have to pay my state 2K from taxes owed, which my state has high taxes.. This is from prior store(s) across eBay/Whatnot/Posh/Wlmrt Mrktplc/Mercari/OfferUp/Bonanza etc
Out of those, I know where Im suited. eBay was good for a while, now they are lost. Other platforms never got me much in terms of sales, perhaps the items were off compared to the platform vibe?
Anyways I can do WooCommerce shop easy, the problem is creating/sourcing your own traffic.

-General Superstore .com (Retail/Can add in Plugin for Import DS Items)
+Misc Platforms: Whatnot (Listings/Direct*)/Mercari | *Walmart Mrktplc (Hate their free shipping model)|*Target
Niche: Kitchen (Gadgets, no blades) / Sports Memorabilia (Manual import - HT - Signed) / Supplements (PLR)
Pursuing other products with high ROI branded, plr, wholesale, bundles etc opportunities.
Have my Uline envelopes and postal scale, post office fulfillment I hear picks up in my area. CiS continuous ink system printer for cheap label creation. Tape is costly, dollar store tape is mediocre and Im seeking a serious tape solution!!!
Logical upgrades in future may be storage unit and or RFID/Barcode Zebra tool with the GTIN feature. All this is good, though make sure you are shipping in 1-3 days every time to keep high feedback. I put bonus into each shipment when possible with the platform TOS, now I want to do product insert/coupons too.
I have traffic ideas, can do minimum On-Page SEO. Push. Classifieds on mrktplc. and some other things with 1099 paid vendors. If you notice on the FB Marketplace there is bulk item upload feature, testing it soon.
Advanced systems wise perhaps I will sell bulk over a email campaign too. Lots of possibilities..Yeah lots of ideas. Ecommerce has been a money maker for me off and on since 2010. Was and will be an income stream again, have a check coming. So I think I may put my toes back in the water and then swim.
