No problem, I'm glad to share my ideas
1. I'd suggest that you don't focus on blog posts that are showing your stuff as a great product with no cons etc. I'm sure that if you reach the right bloggers that are trusted, then you won't even have a chance to get that kind of unnatural review with the main purpose to promote your book since they will value their audience. What's more valuable for potential buyers is definitely a blog post where author shares experience with the book, telling about things he really liked, how this book can be inspired him/her to... or listing stuff he/she learned from the ebook and how he/she is going to implement in life, then it would be wise to tell about negative side of the product and tell what should be improved (in author's opinion). You know, it isn't really hard to figure out how the right promotional post should look like, just try to think from the buyers perspective - would you be more attracted to something that is hardly advertised or that is reviewed in a honest way, showing you all the pros and cons ? In my opinion, the true advertising is when you don't realize something is being advertised - keeping things natural is very important.
2. It depends on what you want to do on social media. In most cases you would need some graphic work that would catch attention and make the people want to learn more about stuff they've just noticed when scrolling down. You could get some HQ and eye-catching banners (don't focus too much on word 'eye-catching') and then start some ad campaigns on Facebook. You could use same banners when you'd decide to connect with influential people in the market - you would pay them for posting your offer on their fanpages. The more natural it is, the better it will convert - people are bombarded with tons and tons of shitty offers everywhere and they are promised all kind of stuff. Regarding Pinterest you could also use these banners and contact some influential people there - Pinterest is all about sharing images - cool images, images that say something, images that are shareable, images that impress/shock etc - keep this in mind when entering this traffic source. Also keep in mind there are more women than men.
Here's also a long-term promotion way - it's about yoga and meditation which means it's something you can record and make video tutorials. You could create a channel and start sharing some value with people - for free, without even promoting the book - once you'd gain enough trust, you would have huge potential to promote your products. This method is long-term and requires a lot of work - I assume you won't choose that because of your budget and you probably expect some quicker results, but I've decided to mention that. If you watch some interesting channels on Youtube other than some dancing cats, you'd notice that there are tons of channels on Youtube that are the main source of traffic for certain companies, experts in a certain niche etc, I mean there ale people that focus fully on Youtube and gain huge audience that they can direct to their offers, blogs, easily down the road.
Alternative way to try Youtube would be finding some channels related to your niche that already have decent amounts of subscribers and engage with their audience. You could do the similar stuff to reviews on blogs but with Youtube - offering some guys your ebooks + maybe some extras (optionally, just be creative) and in return they would record a video with review. Just make sure you choose channels wisely - quality over quantity.
