I need change IP (country UK) about 200 times/day
Can somebody help me ?

Is better buy a lot of proxy?
virtual server autochange ip?
server in uk in some office on-off router?

Proxy will be good idea checkout for any vendor who offers rotating UK proxies then link them to network on rotation to VPS.
VPS IPs are also possible but will cost you 30x easily.
