For sites like Facebook or Twitter, is it ok that the xx.xx.yyy.yy y's of your ip address shift dynamically for you to go undetected and multiple accounts suspended, or do you need MAC address cloners, flash cookie scrubs or some other mysterious stuff like a proxy? And if you're behind a router, won't your ip appear to be the ip of the router?
