Duplicated my site, switched pictures and text around. How long til it will index?

Hey guys. So I recently duplicated my site for another niche I have and changed around the text and pictures.
I have a link locker on my main site that you have to either share the page or wait 20 seconds. So when people share the page I actually shares my other website on twitter instead of the main one to help it index faster. (I'm assuming it does this)
I am going to be purchasing the same SEO service also. How long do you guys think it will take for it to index in google? I duplicated the site on Jan 19th. Any advice would help, thanks!

Can you clarify what you mean by duplicating a site. Have you put the same content on a new domain? Are they both unique from each other?

New domain. I changed some pictures and text around the site so it looks similar but not the same

Anybody have an idea? Anything helps
