So, we're pretty sure they have bots searching the system that will automatically recognize duplicate videos, right?

I have a decent library of videos now and a lot of empty accounts and I'd like to use them on the new accounts.

Will I be creating a world of hurt for myself if I upload them as is or should I really re-edit each one first?

Was wondering if anyone has posted more than one of the same video across accounts and had no problems.

when I uploaded banned videos (under different title) again to different account, it was removed (it took few hours). so they have bots checking for banned movies for sure

How much re-editing is required? Has anyone experimented with this?

If I were to put a video in Movie Maker, add a two second intro with my domain and re-publish it, would that be enough to fool it you think?

Yes, that's enough. Adding 2 second intro will change the checksum of the file and it will not be recognized as a former upload.
