So I checked my website in Copyscape and it seems that I have a review site that has somewhat duplicate content with mine "The page below has 23 words matching 5% of the page, as highlighted below" . Is this 5% alarming? Will Google not rank me as good as if I had no website shown in Copyscape duplicate results?

5% is nothing, if that was truly considered duplicate content then roughly one half of the internet would be a dupe of the other half :D I exaggerate but small dupes are going to naturally happen all the time. There are only so many words in a language to work with.
