I input my SEO poor website into "Google Banned Checker Tool" and it says that I am probably banned because I have no Page Ranking value.

I never used SEO practices but I think I might have some internal issues as I understand basics of seo.

Anybody think it could be because I have 2 ways of accessing each page?
    1- pagename.html
    2- index.php?page=pagename

    Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I think you are doing something else such as scrapping content from other sites and not giving anything of real value from your own. Google is not banning sites with duplicated content within the same domain. Either way you should use robots to disallow one the pages, cause Google will index both.

All my stuff is 100% original content. It must be something else.

Thanks for your explanation and solution about the indexing.
