Duplicate content on giant real estate sites

So many of these real estate sites like Trulio, Zillo, Redfin and more use the same listings with the same text. How come they are getting so much SEO traffic without getting duplicate content penalty?

As there are 200+ known ranking factors in google even there are more factors which are being discovered. So there may be lots of factors on which sites are ranking.

It might be due to the high domain authority of those sites, and just like @GoogleDude said, there are more than 200 factors that impact the ranking of a website.
