Duplicate Content for landing pages

    Regardless of traffic sources, does duplicate content matters to advertisers or to affiliate networks despite bringing them good converting traffic. Do AF Networks ban people in this case ? or on the other hand can Google or FB ban you for using duplicate content on their ad service ?

    Ask your affiliate network. There is no rule that applies to every affiliate network out there. For your second question, I doubt FB and AdWords care if you use duplicate content, they still make the same amount of money. :)

    It seems good, but i was worried about this DMCA thing plus i was also concerned of using Images on landing pages

    DMCA is nothing your affiliate network sends you. It'd be by the copyright holders of the material you plan to steal. If you plan to re-use content displayed on the landing page you send traffic to, don't worry, you send them traffic/customers so they shouldn't complain about that.
