Contextual ads as banners can be paid for with Google adwords PPC. So if a CPA offer says it allows web placement or banners or contextual isnt this all kinda the same.

    its either paid text keywords

or paid keywords for targeted banner placement.

I am a confused newbie about this so take a easy on me please. Cant I run all this traffic through prosper202 and say I am doing PPC or contextual all kinda the same right?

You can run it through prosper202, that'd be fine. I used to do some shady stuff with contextual links and it wasn't even PPC. The difference between a contextual link and a regular one is instead of being shown as clicks when someone views it, it's an impression. This is to prevent the ad network from showing tons and tons of click volume when they're really just pop-ups from adware.

Yes you can promote with adwords but I can honestly tell you it take forever for you image ads to run..
