    Little Update

I will tell you guys some "secrets" how I'm making my site. I have tested many homepages, post designs etc and I found one, which works the best. In short - you don't need fancy pancy plugins with fancy pancy buttons and fliers. It won't change any money unless. (BE AWARE THAT I TALK ONLY ABOUT AFFILIATE SITES. I DON"T KNOW HOW IT WOULD WORK ON PPC, TRAFFIC OR ON BLOG SITES.)

The idea is, you need fast, clean design. BUT, by clean I don't mean white template with anything but header and post. You still need colors, good looking post thumbnails etc as you want your site to look professional.

So I'm making my site clean. Here is the style of my homepage: (in the middle there are 5 more these 3 thumbnail category posts)

That's how mainly my homepage looks. Simple, fast (under 600ms) and still looking good. The idea is if you own affiliate site, the homepage does not matter. If a user is going to your site, he will go through google directly to your article, so homepage still must look good, but don't overdo it.

This time I'm not using SILO, as this will be a site with less than 300 articles (because each article is approx 5000 words) it means 300x5000 = 1,5 million words, that's enough to earn 10-50k per month. The idea about articles is following. Be sure, this is a dealbreaker.

    1. For example, I have a buying guide about Best dog breeds. This article will be 5000 words and even more, you must cover the topic, but don't make it wordless. If there is nothing else to write about it, it means the topic is done, don't rape it.
    2. THEN, I will have 10+ articles with 1000+ words for example - TOP 10 Russian dog breeds, TOP 10 most expensive dogs etc. and I will link to buying guide (Best Dog Breeds) from it.
    3. THEN I will have 30+ articles with 300-700 words about - How to choose dog breeds, What to know about dog breeds, What I need to know by choosing Russian dog etc. and I will link them to articles I talked about in 2nd. number.
    4. THEN I will have as many articles as possible with FAQ, like Why my dog is crying, why my dog is pooping yellow poop etc. And I will link them to 3rd. number articles.

This is a lot of job, but it will make article tiers, and link building a LOT easier.

Now about link building. As you know your site to rank good in long-term, will need HQ links, guest posts, PBN's, diversity etc. I'm building links in sequence too. Here is an example.

    1. When I'm launching my site, I usually build some good (approx 10) HQ links around the homepage. Don't build PBN's just yet. You have to build real links, so guest posts would be great, if you could buy some BuzzFeed links etc too, that's awesome, but keep a low profile.
    2. When I have all the articles ready, I'm starting to build links. You need to have link building plan, as to rank good and rank long-term, you need correct link building pace. It means - if you bought 200 PBN links in the first month and nothing in other 2, that's really bad, and will not help you at all. You need to have constant incoming links. That means, if you want to build 200 links in the first month, you will need 180+ links in the next month. Never make in the next month less than 80% of links as previous months. Each month make approx the same amount of backlinks or even more. I have tested this, and results are amazing. If you can do that at least half a year, a huge profit is 100% possible.
    3. The other way to launch a site is to make a huge "boom". That means, buy as much links as you can (remember about quality). Buy Guest posts, PBN's , diversity, social links etc. Also, buy some premium indexers and I would suggest buying some real social site shares too, with real traffic, as you want this to look as natural as possible. If you can't get real traffic, get HQ bought traffic, with many referreding sites for 2 months straight. This helps to avoid ban,

SO, How I'm building links except for the pace etc.

    1. As I said, I'm buying some HQ links before I start link building. When I have first 10 filler articles (they can be any kind of articles, you just need to fill the homepage), then I'm buying 10 HQ Guest posts or other PBN's etc, but they must be top notch.
    2. The idea of link building is like this, I talked about article writing above. It will be almost the same with link building. You will want to link the best links you can get to buying guides as they will be used to rank the biggest keywords - dog breeds, for example. Then you will build PBN's, press releases etc, (still HQ) to your TOP 10 bla bla, as they will rank LSI keywords and bring you the most of the money. In my experiments, if my LSI ranked high, the link juice from linking to buying guide helped to the rank main KW better too. Then, you will buy all cheap, but still HQ links to your how to articles. They won't brinf any money mostly, bet they will bring traffic as they are easy to rank keywords. Also, the link juice will pass to TOP 10 bla bla articles.
    3. Social links to all articles. This is must have. BUT, don't buy from those guys who are selling 100 social shares for 5$. They are useless. Completely. It's the same as buying XRumer links. In that place, send messages to your niche accounts and ask them for a tweet. Give them a backlink or money, it does not matter, but LINKS FROM REAL SOCIAL SHARES IS MUST HAVE.

And that's it. That's how I make the site. Of course, there are hundreds and hundreds of other things I do, but they are just to be sure everything is right. I will cover that in my eBook, If i will ever manage to finish it.

    So tl;dr

    1. Article tiers
    2. Link building tiers for article tiers
    3. Simple and fast site
    4. Be consistent
    5. All in or gtfo

    EDIT:

This is goldmine btw. Include them to your FAQ articles as much as you can. Include them everywhere. I mean in each article. All of them. Those LSI keywords and traffic you get from them is amazing.

I'm using HawkHost. For that price/performance you won't find a better deal. I have semi-dedicated hosting plan.

Something I would like to know. After doing research, building your article and having it perfect where do you get relevant images for your articles etc? I read some where that you aren't allowed to use Amazon images, or even their reviews. I might be wrong.

This has some awesome insight on being consistent and having great work ethics. I'm curious at to how you optimize your images. Do you compress them before uploading or after? What's your suggestions here..Having HQ images with blazing fast load time is something I'm struggling with. Looking forward to more of your adventure

Good luck in your journey-just a quick question how long would it take for a 5K words article with low competition to be able to rank in top 20-10 in your opinion, lastly what keyword tool are you using and keyword difficulty are you targetting.
