I have a dedicated server that I would like to rent out.

Specs are as follows:

2 x Quad core Xeon 2.27ghz
36GB Ram
1TB Hard Drive
1gbps port (speedtest.net result attached)
30TB bandwidth/month
Server 2008 R2 standard
18 usable IP addresses

I had hyper-v set up and used it to build and run multiple windows VMs, running various tools. I am happy to assist with setup if you want to do something similar (no extra cost)

Monthly price I am looking for is $200
Payment via paypal subscription or go cardless (direct debit).

At the moment the amount of RAM is fixed I'm afraid.

Thanks, yes it is a really good server. I have had it set up with HyperV and had several VPS machines running on it - one running GSA, one running WHM/CPANEL, one running centOS used as backup/FTP server and also a few other servers that I used for testing etc.

The only reason I am getting rid of it is that I have purchased another server so thought I would keep all my stuff in one place.

If anyone is interested in renting the server let me know - open to near offers as well if someone is interested.
