My paypal account was limited and paypal is requiring that I upload the INVOICES/RECEIPTS for 5 specific sales before they will restore my account. However, all of my items are DROPSHIPPING purchases (from amazon and other online retail stores where I purchase the item from an online retailer after it has sold and I have it shipped directly to the ebay customer), so I'm very concerned that if I show them the receipts that they will close my account since I don't actually have the items I'm selling. Also, one of the 5 items was a refund because the store was out of stock and I couldn't find it anywhere else. Therefore, there is no invoice/receipt for it. Does anyone know paypal?s position on dropshipping? Is it safe for me to tell them I am dropshipping and give them the real invoices/receipts? 4 of the items were successfully purchased, however one of them was out of stock so I had to refund the buyer. Or should I try to create invoices that show a wholesale purchase from a different company or should I try to modify the existing invoices to show the items shipping to me and at an earlier date? I don?t feel very confident of my ability to create/modify invoices and I'm worried that doing so will make the situation worse. I read somewhere else online that paypal will contact the suppliers to verify the invoices. Is this true? Have any other dropshippers had their paypal account limited like this? I would really appreciate any advice. I'm really worried that my account will be closed. This is currently my only source of income. Also, my rent money is currently locked in my paypal account. Also, I use my paypay account to make the purchases, so if I have a sale, I can't purchase the item right now. Is that a mistake for me to use the same paypal account for dropshipping purchases and sales? Is that a redflag for paypal? Also, it is my business account that is currently limited, but I also have a personal paypal account. Should I temporarily unlink my business paypal account from ebay and link my personal paypal account instead, so that any money from new sales is also not frozen? Thanks for any help on this!!
