    Hello,

I'm planning to dropship items from US stores to ebay, eg furniture. So lets say a customer orders something on ebay from me, I just go to the other site and order it there for him.

    But I had some questions:
    How do I handle returns?
    what about warranty?
What about taxes? (For example VAT in Belgium is 21%)
    And so on and on

Don't know about taxes in your country but warranty and returns are usually delt with by the company. It'll be in their tos or faq

You probably know what you're doing, but dropshipping from US to EU is generally a bad idea because US market has mostly everything for cheaper price than EU. With that said and higher overseas shipping costs in mind, your campaign won't be profitable.

I don't pay for shipping, I just buy the good from an online US store and then send it straight to the buyer, I'm just the middle person. Suppliers, goods and buyers are all based in the US, I just dropship them from Europe

Indeed, I was already considering this, that's why I'm asking. I sometimes hate living in Europe :/
US market is so huge and much easier to enter than European market

Make sure they don't return by being honest in the first place

I'm a little confused. Someone asked where your customers are based and you said US.
So you're shipping from US dropship companies to US customers.

How is this any different than if you were dropshipping from e.g a Belgium dropshipper to a Belgium customer? You would presumably handle returns and warranty issue in the same manner, wouldn't you?

You either have a deal with the drop shipper to receive the returns, have a working address within US to receive them, or you refund the customer and let him keep the item.

    Same as returns.

That would depend on how law in your country works. In US they tax you on the profits made anywhere in the world, but in most countries if all business is done outside the country, you are not taxed if you bring the profits home.

This is different as I do not know wether I have to pay US taxes too or not. I've for example to pay taxes to the Belgian government if I dropship stuff from US companies to US customers and I wonder wether I've to pay taxes to the US government as well as I'm trading in the US.

Is there any way to get a working address in the US?

Thanks for the clarification, sadly the government here taxes you for everything, even if you are doing business on Mars.
