Hi guys,
I want to start dropshipping business but there are 2 options and I have problem to decide, which will be better for me.
So:
1. I have few stores, which I know are selling some items all the time. Their advantage is that they are 1-3 years on market, so people more trust them. I could copy from them products (I found local suppliers with fast shipping time) and "just" focus on ads and try to find solutions, what I can do better. But at the end, if they are selling some kind of products, it isn't sure, that I will be able to sell same product. I dont know their prices from suppliers etc.
2. Should I open store and try to find "winning" products? Almost all dropshippers suggest this option, to start looking for products and test them. Sounds easy but as you know, finding agents, longer shipping times etc can be a problem too.
I know the best method is trial and errors method, but I would like to know your suggestions
