    Sorry, i've been super busy those last days, and didnt have time to post here.

    I also had the feeling people werent that interested in it so it was not a priority for me to post here!

    So far, i'm @ 11k € revenue this month. Not that great, but thats ok still...

    Hi,
    I use only images for this store.

    Carousel and single images.

    Colors and badges will depend on what you sell / your store looks like.


    I also use different creatives for stories than for feeds.

    My advice is to use the best content you can!
    Quality = trust = sales

    I've worked by myself on the on-page SEO, and someone is working on the off-page right now.

    French here as well, I've successfully dropshipped, not as hard as you though :p, interesting journey, lot of value ! Do you mind explaining without you dropped your single product store idea ? I was interested in such a venture at some point but never pursued this way

    Do you do anything super fancy on fb ads to get these sales or is it just the "ok I sell dog products let me target dog fans on facebook" type of strategy?

    Are you offering multiple products on your site from multiple Ali vendors or one main supplier?

    What price range and profit margin do you focus on when dropshipping from Ali?

    I have a bit of time today, so i'm gonna answer to you, and make an update of the journey!

    I don't do anything fancy, I just select very good quality products, and I work a lot on my marketing.

    Another very important point:
    I try to "get inside the head" of my target audiences, in order to know what will trigger them. This is reflected in the selected products, product pages, site design, ads, etc.... That's a whole package!

    One more thing :
    DO NOT do what all those fu**ing sh**ty gurus tell you to !!
    THINK BY YOURSELF, Be different !
    DO NOT sell all those cheap sh*t gadgets everybody try to sell.
    First of all, they are 99% of the time bad quality, so you'll get a ton of complains from your customers.
    And what will happen if you don't answer them / don't refund or resend a product?
    Bad reputation = death of your business

    Secondly you'll struggle being profitable since it will be ultra competitive, and even if you achieve making few bucks, you'll die in few weeks after the trend's gone.


    There is sooo much niche / quality products you can sell and make your customer happy with!

    Happy customer = Returning customer + Customer that will talk about you to his friend, recommending you = Purely organic sales & long-term business!

    It depends.
    I have products that I buy for $4 or $5, others that I buy for $27, and others up to $40!

    Pricing also gonna varry... The basic way i do it is :
    I take the price in USD and make a x2 // x2.2 minmum in EUR.
    For instance a $12 product will be sold on my store 24.99€

    But it can also be more, depending of the perceived value...

    For instance, one of my actual bestsellers is bought $27, and i sell it $72 !

    Ok now, concerning the results of the month so far, we should hit 15k tonight !

    I will try to hit 25k for the 31th of May, but im not sure i'll be able to do it...
    I'm struggling doing more than 1500€ / day revenue.
    I have a meeting with my FB marketing expert tomorrow, so i'll talk with him on how i can improve the results!
    Hope he will be able to help me !


    Total net profit of the month was yesterday @ 3.5k EUR, almost $4000.
    We must be around $4300 with today profits.
    Pretty decent for 13 days of sales...


    What have i done since my post of the 10th May?

    Well, obviously the shitty order fullfilling, Customer After Sale etc...
    Looked for new products

    Scaled the winning audiences, launched new adsets, tried new audiences, created retargeting ads, new visuals, new messages, etc...


    I dont know much what to say on this...

    - I've raised budget on some winnning adsets (i prefer this to duplicate winning adsets. I dont wanna compete with myself. That's also why i start with 25 / 30$ adsets, so i can scale them fast to 50$+,
    - Tested new LLA's (refresh of winning events like 2% ATC, 2% Engagement, 2-4%...)
    - Tried new LLA's (4-6% 6-8% 8-10%)


    Small tip : When you notice some audiences are definitely "winners" : Stack them in a saved audience, and launch adsets with this saved audience, with a bigger budget (ie : $200)
    Results guaranteed !

    That's pretty much it for today guys, hope it will help some of you !

    Thanks for the answer mate, 1 more question, do you target by interest? do you make most of your sales by selling to a niche or a general store?

    Also, im 100000% with you on the "dont sell cheap gadgets" im doing the same on my amazon business my main product sales for over $100 while "gurus" will tell you to pick "only light products that will cost you 50 cents to import"... so thats a huge tip for BHW members. Remember the 'barrier of entry' principle guys.

    Thats amazing money you are making. I have been trying to spin my head around dropshipping but stuck somewhere.
    I want to know your process how you do dropshipping from customer buying product from your store to getting delivered. I know some steps in this but if you could share some authentic material on payment process and how to handle delivery as well as tracking.

    1. I noticed that you have as buget $25 for the campaigns on Fb ads but with how much buget you started to see good results?
    2. In choosing your marketing objective, choose "Conversion"?
    3. What do you choose in the "Optimization for Ad Delivery " section on Fb ads?

    Hi guys,

    Quick update. Lot of work today so i'll answer you and make it pretty quick !

    I don't don't do interest targeting, but i might relaunch a few test on some of them (see uptade of the journey below to know why :))

    Nothing fancy here :
    I buy from Aliexpress, i have a great supplier on it.
    I've used sourcers in the past, but I was not convinced by the interest of them..
    My payment processor is Stripe.
    Delivery method is Epacket or Aliexpress Standard Shipping.
    I use Trackr application for the tracking.

    Damn man... I clearly dont count my hours, since I handle everything!
    I work from 9AM to 1AM, Monday to Sunday!

    But i love what i do, so it clearly aint a pain for me and i never look my clock !

    1. I dont really know what you mean, but i'd say that around 1100 / 1200 € / day revenue it starts to become interesting (300-400€ net profit / day)
    2. Yes. 99% of the time Conversion purchase
    3. conversion, "1 day click or view"






    Now concerning the journey :

    Yesterday has been a sick day with more than 2500€ revenue!

    I start believing the 25k€ can be bone for the 31 !

    Ok so the most important points of yesterday were the following :

    - Call with FB marketing expert for 1 hour.

    I had a lot of questions to ask him on how to improve my results.
    We made a deep analysis of all my campaigns and adsets running, and the conclusion was the following :

    • Raise my retargeting budget. I was, obviously, doing some, but the amount were not enough.
    • I had the feeling my LLA's were kind of "fatigue". He checked this out, and told me it was still ok, but that i could create some more visuals. The more visuals you have, the better it is. Use those visuals for my retargeting also.
    • He also told me to relaunch some tests on Interest audiences.
    • He confirmed me that on small audiences (ie 700k people), it was easy to compete with himself.
    • Duplicate some winning adsets on super broad audiences (14M people)

    He also shared with me some small tips, but it's mainly for test purposes, pretty long to explain, and, as said above, I really lack of time today, sorry guys !


    - Some of my customers started received their products

    Yesterday, they let a shit ton of positive feedbacks on my ad posts, IG profile, FB page!
    I cant calculate exactly the value of this, but there is definitely a nice part of the sales that are coming from those positive feedbacks, and word to mouth.

    This is why i told you in my previous post to make your customer happy!

    I suck them so hard guys, you cant imagine! But i dont care, as long as they give me their freaking money!
    I take time to answer to them, i'm super commercial with them, offering stuffs, giving some discount on next orders for the biggest one (100€+)
    I even call some of them. They just love it! This is just so reassuring for them, and makes a real difference !

    What kind of ads are you making?
    Are your products currently trending high selling items on AliExpress or less obvious in this sense?

    Little bit of time today, so quick update!

    But first, let me answer your questions :

    Hello,

    I make only picture ads. Single image, carousel, different visuals for stories.
    Product had decent amount of sales (1k+) on Ali, and is kind of timeless.

    I use Trackr app.



    Concerning the journey, we are now really close to 25k!

    Total net profit so far, after ALL expenses (ads, refunds, returns, products, subscriptions, bank fees, and country taxes) is around 5150€.
    I will try to reach 6000€ for the 31st.


    My strategy for the end of the month :

    Since Sundays and Mondays have never been good days for me (my explanation for this : people are busy on Sunday, back to work on Monday, and are not in a "buying mood"), I have faked an "Out of Stock" on my best seller.
    It will last Sunday (today), and Monday, with PPE ads running on my new visuals ("Last week of offer!") with a low budget (100$/day)

    I'll then make it back on stock from Tuesday to end of the month, with a high budget, Conv Purch campaigns, hoping for great results.


    Also, I have reached the max spending with my credit card (n26) so it's a perfect timing for me to be on a low budget...

    Fortunuately i had opened a Transferwise account previously, but did not have funds on it.
    I'm waiting for my money, so i can pay my suppliers and ads!
