Hello guys, after reading millions of topics about SEO, i've decided to start and try rank my first keyword. I purchased a VPS, Scrapebox, GSA, some proxies and started working... I red and learned a lot of tutorials about the programs too.

The ONLY thing I've been doing to rank my keyword is building high pr links to it (PR3+), from no serp rankings at all, I got my keyword on page 2, or #12 to be more exact. I keept doing what I was doing, hoping to get it on page 1, but after some days my serps are dancing around from page 2 and 3, everytime I check my serps they show different numbers from 25-32.
I also tried disavowing some low pr links.
One more thing; when trying to make contectual links (comments on other high pr sites, blogs, forum etc) I did a mistake and used ONE same keyword as hyperlink for most of the times, and I also used the article's URL and not the main URL (not all the time, but mostly).

This is my method with scrapebox:
    1. I find a page that has THOUSANDS of external links.
    2. Using scrapebox, I export all of those links.
    3. Using the scrapebox addon, I check for all those link's backlinks, to see where are their backlinks comming from.
    4. I get around +10,000 links.
    5. I scan all of them again to check how much external links they have, (remove ALL which have 100+).
    6. Remove duplicate URL/Domains
    7. Remove ALL LOW/NO-PR links, and
    8. Start going through the links one by one, manually.

Can you please suggest me what to do please?

Your using GSA to build links directly to your site? That is a big no-no, regardless of what PR you are using. Hit stop immediately and re-read some link building threads.

Are you building pr3+ page or domain links? What engines are you using?

Too risky if you aren't 100% sure how to use it.

Yes, GSA requires a bit more training as it pretty much "spams" multiple CMS's.

Try getting some high PR links from private blog networks and keep building links consistently for 2-3 weeks.

Check thoroughly for low quality content and overoptimized keywords within your site.GSA to your money is risky,if you don't know how to do it.Patients is another key.You gotta wait for to come above of all competitors there.Do one thing visit google webmaster and check links to your site.Make some links from direct homepages with High PR.You have a some unnatural link profile better stop it for now build some links manually.

Keep it like this, for Tier 1 go for high pr blog and guest blog links, don't use GSA unless you know how to work with it. In Tier 2 use web 2.0 links, blog comments and social book marking services.

No guys, I'm not using GSA to make backlinks directly to my site, not at all!
I'm using Scrapebox and manually finding, registering, commenting on high pr sites.

(I will update these steps in the first post too, just not to confuse people on thinking im using GSA for tier1)

I've also build one 2.0 (waiting or another 10 to be completed soon), and I'm using GSA to build links to that 2.0
I'm not really sure I'f my 2.0 is good, but it has UNIQUE content, it has 2articles, with videos and pics, good interlinking, and ONE of the articles has a link of my site, and the other one has a link to an AUTHORITY site, just to look natural.

Please ask me if you need to know anything more, so you can better help me.
    THank you all guys.

You need more powerful links to get higher. Try to create some Web 2.0 properties

Its around 5-6months old, but that didn't stop me from ranking #1 for another medium competition keyword.
