Dropped domains.. where they find them?!

Hi guys,

I'm looking for many dropped domains (PR3/4/5+) and I've found 2 russian contact with so many domains every week. How they find them so easily? I'm using RegisterCompass but I can't find them.... Or maybe I don't know how to use it propely :S

freshdrop.net ? They even have a filter based on Backlink, PR, etc.

Uhm.. maybe.. but I'm sure they've a better way to find them, the competition is really high in these kind of sites...
