Drop Shipping Women's Clothing

I own a online women's clothing store and it has started to rank & generate quite a lot of traffic. I am using a wordpress plugin called Woozone but to be honest the plugin is horrible. I am having several issues with the plugin & the support team takes forever to respond!

I am looking for suggestions on what i can do other than using this plugin. I have thought about drop shipping but i know how difficult it is going to be considering i have over 450 SKU's at the moment. Replacing all of them with new products will be extremely time consuming. I am also thinking about purchasing the clothing myself but that will also take a lot of resources & time which i do not currently have. Any suggestions of what you would do if you were in my position?

For such E-commerce solutions I personally use Opencart over Wordpress. So my suggestion is to move to better performing CMS. As an expert will transfer all data on your wordpress easily on Opencart. without consuming too much time or anything. BTW, personal question, what country you targeting? Plus you providing Embroidery clothing or what? More details if you can pm me?
