    Hey guys,

I have a set of 7 PBN domains plugged in to a MS that is in the local niche. The competition is medium. The MS is a brand new domain. Within 3 months I managed to peak at rank 27 for my primary keyword steadily climbing, after which it has been a downward spiral. Rankings been sliding for the last 3-4 weeks now and I have no clue as to why?

I added the 7[SUP]th[/SUP] domain(Domain has a TF & CF of 20+) recently after I noticed the slide in rankings but it has had no effect. I looked into on-page optimization, page speed, changed meta discs., titles (Yoast), added some content and linked out to authority sites as well as counter measures but it has had no effect. I traced duplicate content of few sentences on a one page which I changed. Also, I have just begun citations before which there were none.

All PBN are indexed, checked whether I lost backlinks; yes, I did lose a couple but there still is plenty of juice in it. PBN has unique content with minimum 10 articles to it. Anchor text is diverse. No penalties reported in WMT. One peculiar thing that i noticed was that the MS TF & CF changed overnight in Majestic, from being 20+ to TF being under 10!

Could you suggest any measures I can take? What in your opinion could have caused such a drop? I understand that it isn?t possible to pin-point but I m hoping that your suggestions will help identify what I may have overlooked that I can go fix.

    Please advise. Thanks

Yes, my advice is don't rely on PBNs for local. It is a lot easier ranking in local w/o them.

Have you looked at the backlink profile for your MS? To get that sort of drop in TF it sounds like negative seo on your MS. See if you have a bunch of porn links pointing at you.
