    The quality of this service is incredible low...my orders were supposed to start in 1-6 hours, it's been over 24hours and still nothing.

    OP needs to refund if they cannot provide the service and miss TATs.

    I imagine the prices are nothing like the BST page of starting at $0.10 which means nothing. $0.10 for what? A single like or a million likes?

    If the prices have increased significantly then the service should be closed and rereviewed.

    There is a big discrepancy between what you say on BHW vs. what you say on support. I intentionally omitted to specify on your site that I am from BHW, just to can see how you handle the regular users.

    I have had so much trouble with your service that I don't even know where to begin, but I will just start with the latest. I have placed an order for 300 facebook likes over a week ago, which I have received. Recently I tried to order an additional 300 but your incompetent support team is trying to tell me that the order is complete when I still only have the original 300 likes, instead of 600.

    @BassTrackerBoats @Society Girl it's really sad that people have to resort to posting threats or screenshots in this thread to get any sort of response from this seller. I think someone needs to re-review this service. It's not about the money - i only dumped the minimum $10 required into their service - it's about the principle. If garbage like this happens to me and others like Bigtroll, I'm sure it's happening quite frequently and something should be done in my opinion

    You need to understand that people on here buy from you, so you need to process refunds, it has nothing to do with any 3rd party.

    As for supplier, you are not in control of your own orders? You're just reselling a service?

    If Big Troll has not been refunded by you, I will have your service closed and you can re submit a new BST.



    @BigTroll - Simple yes or no here please = Did you get a full refund to your paypal / method od payment?
