    I'm slicing and coding my website template with gimp and dreamweaver 8. I need it to just be one image across the whole table with 3 moveable columns that float above the main table's background. Here's a picture:

    here's the code from DW:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    <title>DesertTreasurez | Make Money Exploring Ancient Desert Treasures</title>
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    body {
    	background-color: #cccccc;
    }
    -->
    </style></head>

    <body>
    <table width="960" height="100%" border="0">
      <tr>
    <!-- I don't know why the forum put the BHW domain below but it did. Erase everything before images-->
        <td background="http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/images/main_bg.gif"> </td>
        <td background="http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/images/main_bg.gif"> </td>
        <td background="http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/images/main_bg.gif"> </td>
      </tr>
    </table>
    </body>
    </html>

    BTW, i tried removing the background image for the other columns and it just filled the cell with the background color #CCCCCC.

    Thanks guys, i tried posting this on yahoo answers and all i got was one answer telling me to give more info.
