Dreamweaver link gone?

    Im watching a dreamweaver training video and I cant hit the link
    button for the css? Could you please look at the attached image
    and tell me how to fix this?

    looks like he is attaching an external style sheet. I've never seen it be disabled like that, are you doing that on a simple html file? i dont know why its doing that, but you can just put the code in manually if you cant get it working:

    in the head tags

    I just tested it on a simple html file and the link appeared!
